Since 1985, ikb - Ingenieur- and Konstruktionsbüro für Feuerungs-bau GmbH has been taking on the challenge of difficult engineering jobs in furnace and refractory structures. Our engineers apply their energies wherever refractory materials are used: in the pig iron and non-ferrous metal industry, the chemical and petrochemical industry and the lime and cement industry. We especially set store by developing and implementing new ideas in project work for quick supply and application of new materials. Our neutral specialists also supervise construction sites for furnace and refractory structures at international sites on behalf of our customers while asserting our clients' interests with new buildings and repair work. At our headquarter in Andernach, our team works at high-performance computer workstations equipped with state of the art 2- and 3-D software, enabling us to tackle even difficult jobs quickly and efficiently.
